Core values are the ethical values that are important to us and guide us in our ministry. They are the values that prescribe the attitude and character of an organization.

 

• Biblically focused training so that church leaders become more effective in using the Word of God in their personal lives and ministry (2 Tim 3:16-17)

• Affordable training so that all Christ followers can access excellent ministry training and not just a few who can afford it.

• Discipleship relationships where trainers model Christlikeness and mentor emerging leaders in a growing relationship

• Local church based so that emerging leaders are empowered and local churches benefit from the training (Eph. 3:10)

• Multiplication of leaders where gifted trained leaders become trainers for the next generation producing a ministry of multiplication (2 Tim. 2:1-2)
