HOW BEAUTIFUL ARE THE FEET OF THOSE WHO PREACH THE GOOD NEWS!
“How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the good news!” (Romans 10:15). Just as Moses had help lifting his hands, so YOU help those walking long roads around the world who preach the Good News.
For much of Jesus’ life and ministry, walking was his primary mode of transportation. Jesus walked from Galilee to Jerusalem and back at least three times. From Capernaum to Jerusalem along the Jordan River and up the mountain from Jericho to Jerusalem was about 100 miles (160 kilometers). In Matthew 28:16-20, Jesus commanded His disciples and us to make disciples of all people groups.
