This past year, we traveled back to Haiti for the first time in three years to meet and encourage the students and teachers and to expand the staff and ministry in that country. We added two new Haitian staff, Dorestant Clotaire and Maxene Mecien, who are actively promoting and expanding the ministry.
The new staff in Haiti have begun to reach out from their new bases of operations in the north and northwest and in the south. They have conducted orientations with churches and pastors in these areas and are preparing to co-lead Teacher Training Workshops (TTW) with their experienced counterparts in November to train new teachers and start classes in these regions.
