Philippines: From Crime to Christ
2 Cor. 5:17 says, “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.” Oh what a privilege it is to be able to participate in God’s work! It’s so inspiring to know that God’s Word impacts the lives of people! At the end of this report, I will tell you about a woman named Daisy whose life was transformed by the Gospel and how CCI equipped her for the ministry.
CCI Thailand sent a generous gift which we gave to Joy and Susan Caybot in Inabanga, Bohol to help rebuild their church building. Susan is a graduate of CCI and Joy is almost finished with his training. The first photo below shows the church building before the typhoon, the next one shows what was left of the building after the typhoon and the third photo shows the beginning of the new and bigger church building. Pastor Joy says that the new building will help make it easier to evangelize the community which used to be hostile to the gospel.
